2008 Magnum fuse 14

I have 2008 Magnum 3.5. It has a battery power drain issue, found that fuse14 in the rear area was drawing 300 mA. Fuse 14 covers A/C / Heater Control, Sentry Key Remote Entry Module (LHD), Cluster, Intrusion Transceiver Module (RHD). I pulled the fuse and see no other current drain. Has anyone seen common reasons why this happens? Thanks,
