Hello,
Looking at a spare set Magnum R/T tires & rims,
The valve stems, one set of tires & rims have standard rubber valve stems and the other set of rims have metal valve stems.
What's the difference? are the metal stems the low pressure option?

I might be wrong but I think the ones with the metal stems have the pressure monitors in them, the ones with the rubber stems do not have the monitors

 

That's what I was thinking, I have the rubber style on my car currently. I don't think I have the PSI option...?
Do you suggest changing out the metal style?

Honestly if the tires have been balanced, I don't think it makes any difference.....not to mention it beats having to dismount the tires to change the stems
