After the crap going on with my car, The dealer still called me with a customer survey, Oh yeah, and I told the person everything, I normally don't like to say anything negative or get anyone in trouble, but this whole situation is just bad. From sales right down to service. I don't know what actually happens with these things but, I think it was important to let the higher authorities know what's going on with this particular dealer, and that there is very unhappy customers out there.

Well i dont blame you, My car has been great but i gave them my survey and the saleman called me and asked me why i gave a bad survey. Well i knew more about the car then he did , I knoew exactly what i wanted in the car as far as options went. He did not know one thing from another and i gave them my opinion and due to that he lost 150.00 in commission. Give them all a bad survey.

Well I've had a number of surveys mostly by phone, the reason is simple, I've taken my car in a number of times. DCX is closely monitoring its dealers since bad dealers can drive away customers. Except for one time I've always given my dealer straight fives. They have done a good job fixing it - the problem is DCX didn't screw it together right when they built it. I'm Planning on taking it back again, the cup holder won't open unless you bang on the side of the console (or drive and hit a bump) and the differential rumbles in a tight turn in reverse. You know the local political leaders are worried Ford and GM may close their plants here - well if the UAW (and CAW) would screw these cars together right in the first place they wouldn't want to close the plants.

I had some body work done at a dealership, they took twice as long to fix it than they stated, they installed the trunk lock upside down, the tire hold down was wrong (they gave me another jack hold down) and the spare tire was the right size, but on the wrong rim.

Someone had broken into my trunk and stole my spare tire.

Plus they broke my rear antenna off, someone had turned on my radio (it was off) and ran the car thru a car wash. Plus there were mudy foot prints on my rear carpets in the car.

So when the survey taker called me, I gave her an ear full.

They wanted me to bring the car back in and to leave it, just to get the right spare tire!

I sad...............NO WAY! I drove to the tire place myself and had it exchanged.

In the end I got my revenge on the dealership, they went out of business, seems a guy in the finance department was stealing from the company.
