Fog lamp cover removal ???

I don't have the fog/running lights in my Magnum there are covers there,,,How can they be removed ??????

Each cover is held in place by 2 tabs and 2 metal clips that fit through slots. The easiest way to get to them is to remove the 2 bottom engine covers and get to it from the bottom.
