Default Dodge Magnum Problem

I just bought a new 2005 Dodge Magnum from a local dealer. After having it a week or so I have noticed that when I start the wagon in the morning and drive to work the headlights and the panel lights pulsate dim to bright for about 1/2 mile or so. After this short drive the lights stay on with the normal illumination. I have taken the wagon to the dealer and explained it to them; but they can not duplicate the pulsation of lights. But of course they do it in the daylight which makes it harder to see. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Default RE: Dodge Magnum Problem

I had a similar problem not to long ago. My dasboard display and headlights would all ficker and fade in and out. Took it to the dealership three times and they kept telling me that the computer needed updating. Turned out it was the ground wire from the fuse box in the trunk. Where it was grounded, the bolt was lose the the wire was rubbing up against the screw causing the problem. Just tightened it and haven't had a problem since. Might want to check that out and see if thats your problem. Good Luck.
