Hello,
It's probably to early to tell if it's working or not. But I'm using "Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Cleaner/Conditioner".
I only have 10k on the car.

Yeah but leather has been around for Centuries! My dodge truck has full leather seats with 178,000 miles on it, not one crack..maybe I should spill beer and burger grease on my magnum seats to help protect them better. The point is that the manufactuors should stop try to cut corners and use good quality materials. I bet there Demo Magnum I saw at the New York Auto show in 03 had top quality leather seats in it..

Stop using armoro all on it. Get a good high quality leather cleaner and Creme conditioner. Armor All products have a history of causeing cracking in interiors. I use Zymol Leather Cleaner and Zymol Leather conditioner that can be bought at traget on my 99 SSEi and 05 Mag R/T. My SSEI has 126k on it and looks new.

Start over with anything but Armor All

I would ask what dodge recomends for leather treatment, then they cant say you used the wrong stuff and warranty void.

Also I have found that dealers will work with you with new model vehicles and they dont want bad press. Had a couple clutches installed in a 90SHO Ford paid for about 85% of both as they weree still working the kinks out of the design and admitted there were multiple clutch versions...

Why do you think the dealer would try to talk his way out of anything?
He would love to replace those seats for you....you realize the factory pays time for warranty work right? Also pays parts + 40% mark-up.

Since you said you just got it back from a detailer, it sounds like you kept care of your car. It's up to the factory...but I would guess with only 15k you will be getting at least one new seat shell.

DONT USE ARMOR ALL anything for any thing except maybe tires. Its like washing your face and hands with laquer thinner. I was part of a class action lawsuit when I had my brand new Mustang GT convertible. We won and they had to replace my dash, all my seat leather and convertible top due to cracking and splitting, seams coming apart when it was only 7 months old. I used it several times a week and it destroyed it. Best thing is something like Lexoil, neutral paste shoe polish, or tannery / any product you can get at a fine western / saddle shop. You have to treat leather with something regularly. SOme cracking is expected, its a natural thing with leather no matter whats done. Surface cracking is not a big deal, its when it cracks deep down or even thru it completely thats its really bad.

Just an update, my leather seats are fine, but my whole drivers side front end had to be rebuilt..I have AWD...one link, two contoler arms, and both ball joints upper and lower...gee, lets see, first the tranny leaked all over my garage floor, then my remote stopped working, then the seats cracked and now a complete rebuild of the drivers side front end.......thank god I have ten months left on my warranty!!
