Yes you can all they are are valve stems with the sensor on them. I spoke to aparts guyat Dodge andhe told me they were about 45.00 EACH ! Pretty expensive valve stem. Or you just live with the light flashing every so often, but that could get annoying.

I was just looking for the same thing. You can get a set of these on eBay for less than $100. The only problem is, sometimes you get ripped off on eBay
