Can anyone tell me where the auxillary cigarette lighter under the radio is fed from? it says 12v, 10amp fuse but I cant find where its fed from. I have pulled all the fuses from trunk and under hood and cant find one blown. Everything else in the vehicle seems to be working. I cut it to run a radar detector and it grounded out and i lost 12v. HELP!!!

 

My manual says the console outlet on the Magnum is in the rear, slot 9, 20 A. Charger different?
