lifter noise
My STR 8 Magnum has a lifter noise for the first 10 to 15 seconds and my dealer in FL is saying that this in normal!
Or did I just miss the thread covering this. It is an 06 with 8,000 miles.

My 06 RT Magnum has done the same thing, my service department also said the same. It doesn't do it all the time, or every day. I think it may be due to the grade of oil used in the Hemi. I notice it more after putting more than 3000 miles between oil changes.
I just have the oil changed every 3000 miles. I only use oil the dealership puts into engine. That way if there is a problem down the road it should be covered by the warranty. I currently have 10K miles on my Magnum.
