Default Water in my Lights!

I need some information. I went out of town, little over 100 miles, parked my car at motel. Some time in the night their water sprinklers came on with one shooting on one of my headlights. I am guessing that being the car was hot and the cold water hitting the hot headlight built up condensation on the inside of the headlight. I removed the bulbs and used my wet-vac to blow air into the unit to dry up the water. I didn't work. After replacing the bulbs and about two hours in the sun, the water was back covering the head light.
There is still water at the bottom of the unit. Is it hard to pull the light assembly where it would be easier to remove the water? I am limited on bending due to a back injury. I am hoping it doesn't involve removing the whole front end. I am going to leave the bulbs out a few days, not driving the car just let it sit in the sun hoping the heat will evaporate the water. Any other suggestions would be helpful!

Silver Bullit, thank you for the offer to help remove my headlight. Unfortunatly I live in Florida. I have not been able to work for three and a half years. I ruptured three disc while lifting. Had to have two rods, ten screws, four plates, and five titanium cages. I am pretty messed up. I have had five surgeries in the last three years. My intire lumbar is fused together except L2-L3, and both SI Joints had to be fused. My fusions have came apart twice in the last three years having to have them refused. It hasn't been fun. Anyway back to the car. I again thank you for the offer to help me. I have removed all three bulbs and have it sitting out side in the sun. I hope it works evaporating the water. Take care of your back, I know what you are going through.
