Default eibach swaybar kit on SXT

so, wanted to install the complete Eibach swaybar kit on my SXT and had one funny experience. When I tried to locate my rear swaybar things I learnt that my SXT has no rear swaybar at all. Means, all mounting brackets are welded to the frame but nothing else.

Hmm, have all SXT's no rear sway bar from the factory or is it just my car?

If all SXT have none, did anyone figure out what part#'s are needed to install one?

Hey Heinz,
You need to get the end links from the R/T to connect to the Eibachs. I will see if I can get you the part numbers.

You will need
2 sway bar links
4 mounting bolts
4 nuts
2 bushing caps
4 bushing cap screws
order from dealer or vender

Hi again, Coolchevy,

As an SXT owner myself, I've had an interest in this mod for a while...

As a minor correction to Silver bullit, though; the SXT does come with a Touring Package. It includes "touring suspension" (presumably the same coilover sets, with adjustment for front weight difference, as on the RT), the 18" RT wheels and a rear sway bar (again likely the RT part). I don't know about Coolchevy, but I regret not having gotten it on mine - if I'd only known...

Thanks for the parts info, NCSXT. Now I'll know what to scrounge for when I find that RT wreck in the parts yard.

actually I went out to the Chrysler dealer and bought all the missing parts.

Together with the KW coilover, the wider stance and Swaybars the car handles literally like a slot car. Amazing cornering for a barge. I literally enjoyed the high speed cruising from Austria to UK and back (all in all 2500 miles) except that darn bloody speed limiter always kicking in at 178kph or 115 mph. I would give my first born (yeah take her, pls..) to the get rid of the stupid thing !
