Has anyone heard anything about a recall for all magnums? I was told second hand about this by someone who said they heard it on the radio but I can't seem to find anything....anyone know???

 

My wife saw it on the "Crawl" (the text at bottom of TV screen) on one of the News Networks ... I haven't seen anything myself.

 

Here's the scoop on the recall. THree total:
1)rear seat belt anchors MAY not be properly welded
2)front seat belt anchors MAY not be properly welded
3)battery cable MAY not be attached properly at firewall which COULD result in an electrical fire in dash.

Looking at the details on NHTSA's site (thanks sikpuppy) reveals that the dealers should have started notifications two weeks ago. I have yet to receive anything. Has anyone else received a recall notice?

I haven't recived any recalls on mine, they aren't for all magnum's built though, only some were effected by the recall.

 

I recieved recall on mine and have had the repair done already. All it is on the Mags is the turning loop bolt on the driver's shoulder restraint isn't properly torqued to spec. 30 mins in and out at dealer.

 

has anyone had a problem with a broken shifter cable on any magnum
