Hello all, just bought a left over 05 R/t and loving it. This is my first experience owning any sort of "muscle" car. Grew up driving trucks and SUV's, never thought about getting a vehicle that would actual get out of it own way, glad I made the plung. Filled my need for speed riding motorcycles, had the all the 600 cc bikes moved up to a honda cbr1100xx that was a lot of fun, now on a 1000 cc Italian V-twin that makes me giggle.

Enough of my life story, on to the questions:

Not looking for a lot of performance mod's right now just some cosmetic stuff.

1. Euro tail light conversion. A lot of stuff on E-bay, are the all the same? Should I steer clear of any certian brand? ex. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-06...35581731QQrdZ1

2. Exon white HID bulbs. Everthing says High beams, will these work on low beams and do they make them for the fog lights? ex.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/9005-...39017058QQrdZ1

Thanks in advance, any other inexpensive mods you guys have done please share. Learned a long time ago from all the M/C forums I belong to that it is better to ask the guys that have been there, done that before I go out and buy a POS that doesn't work

Congrats on the Magnum purchase. I cannot help you with the first 2 but as far as the intake, that sounds cheap. Real cheap. On a otherwise stock engine an aftermart intake has shown to provide no HP improvement. It provides a nice sound on acceleration but thats it. I happen to have a Volant intake, I like a closed filter and I do not think it gave any performance difference. They have done extensive test on another forum on different intakes. Stop by LXFORUMS and do a search. Lots of good info there.
