Default Stronger pistons

I heard that you need stronger pistons to have a supercharger, the stock ones only support 400 or something like that?

Is mopar or any company going to release them?

No word on Mopar and new pistons that I'm aware of. With performance shops stroking the 5.7 and 6.1 I'd bet you could find aftermarket. I know Mopar has a forged "performance" crank available for the 5.7.

Keep an eye on this site, MoparSupercenter, for parts. It's kinda hidden, scroll down on the far right until you see Mopar Peformance on the tree on the far left then select you car then engine under it.

I didn't realize this pertained to GSM's setup.

Anyhew, if your planing on boosting it would be a good idea to reinforce the lower end as you have started looking at.
