Default Turn Signal Problem

Has anyone had this problem?

My right taillight works intermittently. My right signal indicator (in the dash), sometimes blinks fast & sometimes it's normal.
In the owners manual it says a fast signal can indicate a bad bulb. I tested the bulb, it tested fine. I've changed the bulb 4 times anyway & still have the same problem. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Did you also check the front bulbs? If they check out good
try this put the 4 ways on and check the front
and rear make sure they are all flashing.
Next turn off 4 ways and put headlights
on check all bulbs make sure they are light
they should be dim.if all work put 4 ways on again
check to see that the front blink on and offthey
should get brighter then dim brighter and so on
if it dose notbulb is no good replace it .
Now if you have the for ways on and headlights on and
The bulbs flash right to left like a police wig wag
front or rear the bulb that goes totally out is bad
replace it. if it still dose it there is a bad ground on that side
on that sockt/clip.

Thanks 06ChargerSXT!

I'll try those procedures and see what happens. If I need to from there I'll try to figure out how they're grounded.

Thanks for the input!

I have (had) that problem as well. I have the trailer harness and it taps into the taillight wiring. Fooled with the ground and that seemed to help a little but not for long. Got frustrated and disconnected it and the problem went away. I hate modern electronics. Havent brought it to the dealer, afraid i will get the blame and bill

I'm no electronics expert, but maybe it could be the side turn signal bulb. I'm talking about the front head light blinks in the front and side, Maybe that is the bad bulb.
