Default Does the computer still learn after programming?

Just curious if anyone knows whether the computer resets/reprograms/relearns things AFTER programming it with a superchips tuner. Not sure whether it would be best practice to reflash every couple of months...

I've reflashed about once a month, no issues yet.

The flash doesn't do anything to Hardware Adaptive Learning (our friend HAL ) and no it doesn't reset the PCM.
