I don't have the U-Connect feature and I would like to. Can I get it from the dealer and what is all involved as far as installation?

 

I know you can get it from the dealer as an aftermarket type kit. The stock installation is in the rearview mirror which is autodimming; this is if you get the car with the option.. I am not sure if you can order the mirror/uconnect piece. When I saw the picture of what the dealer offered it was an aftermarket uconnect that they install. I don't know the details about the installation. I do know though that aftermarket shops have things that are much better and more than likely cheaper if you were interested in going that route. I have seen some places that even have the uconnect in the rearview mirror like you would if you took the option originally. Off the top of my head I know there is something called the Parrot that is a uconnect piece. I believe Harmon/Kardon makes it I hope my input helps.

 

Thank for the info, I will look into the aftermarket kits. Hopfully someone has somthing that fits nice.
