Are there factory drilled holes in the front bumper for the plate mount?

Told the dealer don't even think about applying any dealer badges or decals and drilling into the bumper to install the plate mount (I'll do some word-o-mouth plugging instead) - he says that the holes are there from the factory so I would have to have a body shop fill them.

 

Your dealer is full of crap. The lic. plate bracket comes in a plastic bag in the rear area with the screws to mount it.

 

No holes in mine either.....bracket in plastic bag in back compartment

For sure, no way, no doubt; there are no holes drilled into any new cars for plate mounting. I do lots of PDI's and that is when the holes get drilled.
