Default Anyone have 265/40/22 on there Rims? Any Rubbing?

I just bought on Ebay 22" TIS Rims with Nitto 420S 265/40/22 Tires. It seems like the tire height is taller than what alot of other people are running. Anyone think the tires might be too big( In height)? The person I bought them from says they were on his Magnum R/T and he had a 3" Drop and had no issues. I wanted some advice because I figured he might have just told me that to sell the rims. Any thoughts ?

If anyone is curious, I just got the rims on....lucky for me the guy I bought them from was wrong and the tires were 265/35's . After putting them on I realized anything bigger...by more than 3/8" wouldn't fit. A bolt hanging down from the shocks on the front end would rub with anything bigger....FYI

I just put on 265/35/22's and yes, they couldn't be any bigger or they wouldn't fit.
