My friend has a rallye charger 400 magnum etc. does any one have production numbers.

Actually they have it as a 68-71 database. Sorry to have jumped the gun. I have a book that breaks down the production #'s by VIN, like WH23. Total chargers for that year were over 100K, and the less optioned model had lower #'s. Send me your VIN and I'll give you the number.

Get a hold of Galen Govier, he does complete record keeping on the Mopars, if you have the right info he can reproduce you a broadcast sheet I believe.
