World Products Mopar Hemi/Wedge Compressed Graphite Iron (CGI) Blocks!
I was wondering if anybody out there knows where to get a hold of one of the Compressed Graphite Iron (CGI) Big Block Mopars that World Products released a couple years ago? They used to list them for both a Hemi as well as a Wedge Block on their website and I thought that they were available through Mopar Performance as well. I remember reading they were available and all sorts of good things about them. But as of today I can't find a single listing for them. Was there something wrong with them that they had to stop producing them? Does anybody have any information on the CGI Big Block Mopars from World Products?
Wasn't sure where to post this but since I'm planning to put the thing in my 2000 Ram 1500 I started it on the 2nd Gen Ram Forum. I was told that this may be a better place to have it posted. But I'm new to using online forums in general and I don't know how to repost it with out creating a whole new thread! Sorry!
Hopefully somebody knows what happened to these CGI Hemi/Wedge Blocks from World Products!
Thanks in Advance!

Well Darn! I just got a reply from Angelo @ world Products. They said that they just weren't selling enough of the CGI blocks so they cut them from production. And now they have 2 CGI Hemi Blocks left. They're on clearance P/N P5153861R $4,595.00 + s&h... Which is more than what I've been seeing the Cast Iron versions for but a little less than the Aluminums I've seen advertised.
It's a shame to see something that cool fall in the cracks of oblivion due to popularity!

No its not spam. It's called asking a broader range of people in order to get the best chance of tracking down an answer to the question.
Which as stated here and on the other forums that this thread was started on was answered by World Products themselves! I figure if no one else is going to answer the question It must be because they have no clue what the answer is. So when I recieved a reply back in my personal email file that I would post what World Products had to say.
That is not spam. It's simply passing along the information. You may like to type the same thing multiple times. making it different each time and more personnalized. I on the other hand learned in high school how to copy and paste!

copy and pasting is easy. To copy something first highlight it then press Ctrl+c
To paste what you have copied... place your cursor where ever it is that you want to paste what you just copied then simply press Ctrl+v

Glad to hear they are still producing iron/aluminum blocks. Ive heard nothing but good things about them. Another good piece that Ive been able to check out personally,is a new wedge block (iron) I dont think they are making alum. yet, is Kolenco. looks like a real quality block, very thick decks, If I remember correctly all 5 mains are cross bolted, but the block is VERY heavy. would be great if weight isnt an issue. Check em out on the web. Thanks for the (copy paste info)
