I have seen a lot of square body chevys in junk yards, but i do have to agree with you. Unfortunately I saw a lot of Ramchargers, G bodies, and 50s chevys with good bodies (Especially for in the rust belt) be sent to the crusher in the early 2010s

I've got a friend with a salvage yard just across the river in Kentucky. However, it's about a 6 hour drive to the Chicago area. I think the only big block parts I have left is a transmission case for a 440. No tail shaft and it's a core only, no good interior parts.
