Default *****plase help*****don't start 440ci !!!!!!!

hello everyone . well i have a truck that have 440 v8 in it. when i bought it it start and run . but when i got it home i can't get it start. so i was wondering anybody well know the firein order on that engine. and carb Vacuum Diagrams. as well as electrical Diagrams for 1978 dodge powerwagon. and what should i look for. it crank but want to fire. even if i get it started it doesn't like to stay runnin.. what the problem??? can anyone please help me!!!!! please....... subwoofer3000watts@yahoo.com.hk

Have you got spark? Can't remember if a '78 still had a ballast resistor or not- it would be a white ceramic block on the firewall with a couple of wires coming off it. That's one of the first troublespots to check if it has one. Firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.
