Default Intermittent Wiper Problem

I have a 2003 Neon SXT 4dr. During the winter a chunk of ice got wedged under my wipers while they were moving After that my intermittent wipershave not worked. When I switch to intermittent nothing happens, when I use the washer it will squirt fluid but the wipers still dont move, any other wiper settings work fine. I've checked all the fuses and relays that I can find and they all seem to be working fine, is there something else I am missing? Thanks

its possible it had nothing to do with the ice, and its just a bad multi-switch. if im thinkin right, the intermittent isnt controlled at the wipers or motor themselves... but rather it just turns the wipers on low for one cycle. so if your wipers are working than the mechanism is fine, very well may be a switch or relay problem.

Yeah I realise the ice itself didn't do anything I just figured with the wipers trying to cycle while they were jammed up might of caused something to burn out. I have checked all the relays I could find under the hood, I just thought someone on here might have better knowledge of the system to point out something I might of missed. I guess I will try the switch itself but I figured if the other setting were working then it probably wasn't the switch. Thanks
