That's really up to you. I don't know how your car looks and if it has too many dents while needing a paint job. Personally I started with the engine. The car was already in good shape. Some people start with exterior.

 

Are you more interested in the exterior, interior, suspension, or engine of your Neon?

 

i started with the motor and suspension.....body has a few primered spots from misc. errors but it makes people think the car is junk

 

[sm=interesting.gif]Hay,HotBoy,I agree with Iblackneon on this one,what I would do is,take some pictures(front,side and rear)of you car and ask your self.What do you want to do.Because I am lost on what you want to do.Do you want to transform this car into a street machine or a racer?Pick up SuperStreet or many other titles.Nevertheless,its time for you to go to school again,and start on your home work![sm=type.gif][sm=trust_me.gif]

 

I would dothe out side cuz thats going to be the cheap stuff, then paint, motor, ets. but thats up to you
