Default LEAKING!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I looks in the backs of ma neon to see standin water at the back seat floor mats so I'm like WTF. Well the **** is comming in behind the tail lights (chrome altezzas), I pulled the passenger side seat, rear seat top/bottom, spare tire and the carpet/sound deadning in the trunk along with my 2 12' sony's and my 2 10' pioneer subs/amp. Does anyone else have this damn problem, I didnt have it before I put in the chrome tail lights and I'm going to put in my stockers and test it to see if it is the lights, If it is i think I know how (little foam padding on the back of the lights isnt tight aginst the body on the chrome tails and it is on the stockers).

I also cut off the front of my stock intake (little SOHC 16 VALVE peice) off so that its taking air strait in, along with a new air filter(paper) and with all that crap out of my car she is a tiny bit faster and corners A LOT better.

I was wondering if a K&N air filter for the stock intake, along with a 60mm tb would make a noticable diff on acceleration I'm planning (maybe) on going turbo next fall and dont want to spend money on parts that will just get replaced, I know the intake will get replaced but the air filter isnt all that expensive and if the filter/60mm tb combo would make a noticable diff I would buy them for myself for xmas

thx guys

p.s. go to my sight to check out my 76 Dodge W100

Buy new foam, or use silicone caulking. This is common with neons. Buy a good intake at least one off ebay. A decent looking HAI is better than a bad looking chop job. there like $30.

I've got a leaking problem too! First good rain of the season and I found the bottom of the pan with 1/2" of water. Completely soaked the front and rear footwells.

No windows were left open and the upolstry and all upper areas were dry. Only drove through normal paved streets and runoff - no flooded areas.

Need to know where to start looking before I spend $ on a fix.

FYI Front air dam was ripped off a few weeks earlier due to a parking curb. Would this allow water into the frame/pan area?

I siliconed around my tail lights just to be safe so I didn't have that problem. No condensation inside them, no problems.

Tail lights haven't been changed & the trunk carpet/liner wasn't wet. Just standing water in the front and rear footwells. No idea where it's coming in.
