I have a 99 plymouth neon SOHC 4 door. I have 2 issues going on. First, when you hit the brake pedal, the left signal in the dash lights up solid. It does not not do this every time I hit the brake. Second, the headlights are not turning. Is the headlight switch an issue with these cars or is it more likely a wiring issue? Could the headlight issue be tied into the brake pedal/turn signal light up issue? Thank you in advance for any help.
