Hi Neon owners. My name is Rich and I am the product manager at Borla Performance Exhaust. I am in need of a 2003 Dodge NEON for testing. This testing is for CARB certification of a header. The vehicle must be an Ultra light emissions vehicle (ULEV) from test group D1 (sticker under hood). I will need the vehicle for at least 7-10 working days. This vehicle will be tested on a Dyno as well as some road testing. The vehicle may accrue as much as 400 miles during this testing. In return I am authorized to offer a Borla Stainless Steel header and Cat-back system in trade. We will also provide a rental car for the time you are without your vehicle.
