For $10 you can buy a 1-week subscription to Mitchell Online. Download to your heart's content. It will be far more accurate and up-to-date than anything you can pull off the net.

Its probably your Vehicle speed sensor. Its sits on the tranmission and looks like a temp sensor from the outside. My Speed sensor went out and I couldnt tell what my speed was. Eventually it affected the performance. Its only like 10-20 dollars and its easy to change from under the car.

Actually its 36$ and it is easier IMO to change from the top side of the car. I have already done that and still no Speedo
Im thinking its the guage cluster itself...except all other guages work and I know its not a fuse. The PO put white guage faces so maybe he f'd something up.
BTW how do you guys like my 1800$ Neon? Its in pretty damn good shape, Im considering selling it because i hear head gaskets pop constantly on Neons.
It could be one of those urban car myths but i dont wanna deal with that crap all the time.
