Default Fans Unplugged?

I have a 96 Dodge Neon SOHC w/ Automatic Transmission. I recently had someone do some work on my car and they had to drop the oil pan. Ever since, my radiator fans wont kick on. I was wondering if there is a plug somewhere that may have been overlooked? And if so where would that plug be? Where would it need to go? I tried replacing the fan relay with the horn relay and they still didnt start up.

Any comments would be helpful and appreciated.
Thanks.

Follow the cables that run from the fans. You should find a connector near the front of the engine.
