Default A weird question

I am trying to figure out what all I need for a sohc to dohc swap on my neon. I don't want to go the turbo route so I think I can make far more power with a dohc than I can with what I have now. The only thing that I can't figure out is what computer is going to work on this thing? A dohc computer from an older neon wouldn't work I believe because I have the sentry key bull**** with the chip in the key for antitheft. So would I need to get a dohc pcm reflashed with my whatever vehicle information it needs to allow it to start and run. Would something else work? Frankly, at this moment the only thing I don't understand about it is the computer aspect of it. Any help would be sweet.
