I have a 2002 neon and it keeps throwing a 0171 code which says that it is running to lean. The solutions for the code are the following.
check mass air flow sensor
Check o2 sensor
ignition misfire
fuel injectors

I have changed my o2 sensor (up stream/ before cat converter)
I have checked all hoses for vaccum leak/ changed one and pcv value
I have checked injectors (might replace still deciding, might be problem)
I have change spark plugs and wires
I took apart and cleaned the Mass Air Flow (which has the sticker on it that also calls it the throttle body)
I have reset codes

My car is still hard to start and runs terrible. Smells bad from exhaust. Upon accleration it studders and if I hold the pedal to the floor slow accleration almost like it is in limp mode. It started a couuple of days ago

what are the signs of a bad injector or fuel pump?

I probably should check fuel pressure (does anybody know the specs for this)
the car had 65000 miles on it.

hey man....ill try to help as best i can.... my first hunch is a bad fuel pump, (i have replaced many bad fuel pumpson neonsat work)since you stated that it is hard to start and runs terrible. check the fuel pressure, here is the spec. direct from Chryslers DealerConnect.
FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE
400 kpa ±34 kpa (58 psi ± 5 psi)
