then why can u get a neon to idle up a bit if u pump the brakes really fast

 

because 1st the idle will drop, then when the PCM sees that the idle is dropping cause of load, it will pick up the idle to handle the load, my car does the same thing at idle with the stereo volume up, I have a few amps.

 

is there an adjustible screw on the newer neons?and if so which way to turn it to make it idle higher
