get some rally projectors, a huge dual blade GT wing (black of course), like the man said some black 16's, a combat body kit and black out your windows. Follow all of that and have everything else powder coated matt black. God I wish I wasn't paying for college...

I think on the first Gens they provide a much more agressive stance. I couldn't live without mine, and when you get above 100mph they provide more down force and better handeling. Plus they announce your intentions to the world.[sm=smiley15.gif]

check out the modern performance, and howell automotive, and have fun, they have everything posible for the neon. Also try the dodge forum sponsers. Just don't spend too much money, lol.
