my name is Mike. I'm 21 and i bought a 99 neon rt about a week ago. i need it to go faster. it has intake, header, and exhaust. full body kit. tinted windows. 15" rims which are for sale because i need to get 17". it is one of the best looking neons ive seen but it needs to be faster. will be ripped apart all winter to upgrade performance. my winter beater is a 2002 ford focus w/full custom interior. ohh and i specialize in car audio so if any one has questions i can prolly help. and im from wisconsin.
