ok i ahve decided to do for show next year with my 03. and my question is which one. my mom said she would either buy a carbon fiber hood or in dash tv ( both would be off ebay)

I would say the hood because I don't feel a tv belongs in a car...but thats just me.

They are both cosmetic things so its kinda up to you. Would you rather have a CF hood, or watch tv while your drivin and crash?

i would go with cf hood, i'm not sure if I would trust the ones on ebay, but I've had decent luck on there so far, make sure you pin it down though
