Can anyone tell me how to get the fog lamp assembly off, to change the bulb, on the drivers side on a 98 neon sport? I have hours into this thing and Ive had no luck, In the Chiltons manual it says to take the bolt out from behind it but I cant find a way to get to it!

 

Thats about it, I have never had any problems getting at mine.

 

I got rid of that piece of crap a year ago but it turns out it was in an accident and the whole front end was pushed in an inch or so. And I never realized it until someone said something about the front bumper being so close to the front wheels

 

on the drivers side you have to remove the little black box that is behind the bumper...its a rectangle between the bumper and the fender well....remove the two bolts..one on top one on bottom...then you can get to the fog light
