yes it is possible to install without a cat back....not sure about the deep tone though

I know this might be a bit late, but whether or not you'll get a deep tone depends on the muffler. I have a weapon R on mine and it's crazy deep and rumbles too.. you might see if you can find some videos of similar cars with that muffler on youtube or something.

If your looking for that deep sound take my advice, buy one of the dual exhaust mufflers off ebay for $200. I think it's made by vibrant 2.5" inlet andtwo 4" tips. I have that and a cheap $50 cold air intake from ebay and I couldn't get a better sound. It is the best combination you could have next to a turbo for sound. I dont' care if your a junk Ford, junk Chevy or a Honda fan, I've had all of the above give me props on my cars sound. It sounds like a built V6, absolutely incredible. A rule of thumb. If it looks like a fart can, IT SOUNDS LIKE ONE TOO!!! Don't insult your Mopar by making it talk like a Honda.
