Default Dodge Neon obc code P0172

I started have mycheck enging light come on around a month or 2 ago. The obc code states P0172, I have change Oxygen Sensor 1 and the fault code went away. A couply days later the fault code came back P0172, yesterday I changed the second Oxygen Sensor #2. Just tonight the check engine light came on the the same obc fault code P0172 is back. What else is wrong or what could be causing the same fault code to come back. Please help.

Where is the evap solonoid located. I'm having the P0172 code right now. Was looking at replacing the Bank 1 sensor replaced (original from 2001) and possibly cleaning the MAF with the cleaner stated in this thread. Can't pass inspection here in Texas, and need to get this fixed.
