i have a 95 neon with 125k on it. when i start my car in the morning my engine sounds like a machine gun. once it warms up (20 minutes) it stops. theengine doesnt knock the rest of the day unless i let it get cold again. also, when i start it in the morning it takes like 5 seconds of cranking for it to start. i used 2 quarts lucas treatment and 2 and 1/2 quarts 10w30 at the last oil change. im thinking maybe the oil pump. i am trying to get the oil pressure tested this week. any suggestions?
