i changed my o2 senor,map senor,tps sensorbut my check engine light is still on and it sputters at idle and it some times try's to turn offand when i take offfrom a stopknow matter how hard i press on the gas it won't go over 15mph??????????

The code that it reads are p1684 and p0134 please help me i been working on it for two days i might take it to a dealer to get it donebut if yall know something i dont let me know please.
