It is going to do nothing for you until you do other mods, like cam and other motor mods. With just an intake and exhuast it will actually hurt performance. It should be one of the later performance mods.

Hurt your performance? As far as a 60mm throttle body, I heard with an exhaust and an intake, it will hurt your bottom end performance but improve your top end performance.

I'm going to put a few mods on my car this week along with my 60mm throttle body.

Yeah, i'm sorry that was what I was meaning, it hurts low and mid performance, but will give you a little on the top. There really is no need for a 60mm TB, unless you are planning on doing some serious mods to the engine. The bigger you go the more low end you are gonna lose. Everything you do should be balanced. I can put a 150mm TB on a motor and its gonna let massive amouts of air into the motor, but 1. the motor will never pull that much air, and 2. the flow will be all off and hurt performance.

What about an aftermarket fuel rail or injectors would these be a better investment?

your stock injsector rail is more than capable of providing all but the highest performance engines with enough gas. If you start going turbo or NOS, then I would think about fuel.
