No Stoplights or Back Turn Signals

New to this, not sure how it works, having trouble with my Neon, could use help

It's me Kicker, anyone care to help a brother, can't figure out why I don't have any brake lights or turn signals in back, front signals work fine. Rear bulbs and fuses have been checked, where do I go from here?

Possibly a wiring isues to the back. Start from the back lights and start tracing the wires.
