It is normal, dependin on how much is there. The breather tube that goes from the top of the valve cover to either your CAI or stock intake will after a lot of miles on the car, let a little oil into the intake, its not a big deal, the oil will just burn. Also if you are burning any oild the EGR will dirty up the intake. Clean the TB and put an OCC (oil Catch Can) on the breather tube and it will eliminate the problem.

Do you think I will have that same problem with the AEM CAI and 60mm throttle body? There isn't a way to prevent that?

Yes, you will probably have the same problem. Casper already answered your question. Get a catch can to catch the blow by oil that will end up going into your CAI.

I should have been more specific. I was just wondering if there was a way to prevent that without spending money.

You can make an OCC for about $20 rather than spending $80 or more on a "factory" job....

the oil is really not that big of a deal, if it robs you of 1/16 of a HP I would be suprised. Now in a turbo car, which is what the OCC is meant for its a bigger problem, it can cause turbo failure.
