Default Intake manifold probs

So i've been really frustrated with my car lately cause it seems like nothing works and or is a pain in the *** to put in. Between the cam being like a 10 hour job and the A/F sensor not working cause the O2s cant put out a signal to narrowband, ive about had it. To top it off, i found a R/T intake manifold (looking for one since god knows when) down in everett for 50 bucks and when i called the place they said it was a typo.I drove 3 hours home from college to get that POS and they didnt have it. Aight im done bitching, but does anyone have a R/T intake mani they would like to sell me, or have any suggestions for a different mani? I've heard of box or blox manifod? what is that?(besides indy...that thing is trash)

That sucks. All I can say is keep looking. They're rare. If you don't want to keep looking and don't mind spending the extra money, get an Indy.

A Lonewolf manifold or a custom AMM intake manifold should work for you...

Default RE: Intake manifold probs

Hey everyone
Good news!! i finally got my cam in and it took under 5 1/2 hours. A buddy and i just hammered it out really early on a saturday. But the bad news was after taking it for a 20 min break in drive, it started making the worst knocking sound ive ever heard... luckly after ripping it apart the next day, we realized the cam bolt had come loose soo we just had to tighten it up and it has been set all set. Right when i heard that noise i was ready to go out and drop 5 g on the srt motor lol so either way it woulda worked out. But anyways, whats a lonewolf manifold or custom AMM?? i dont wanna indy, cause they are sucha rip off. Anyways i was wonderin if any R/T owners could PM me there vin number or tell me a way to get a R/T vin, cause i called the dodge dealership and they told me they need a vin to look up parts?? thats pretty stupid but i guess thats how it works. Any help is appreachiated

Lonewolf and All-Motor-Mike make custom intake manifolds. AMM is in the "box" style manifolds, while Lonewolf produces "log" style manifolds. To contact AMM you can PM him on Neons. ORG or 2GN.ORG, or you can try here on DF (he has an account but isnt active). As for Lonewolf, they have a website here: http://www.lonewolfperformance.com/
