what kind do i need for my manual 03 sxt?

when i looked it up i keep finding that it uses automatic transmission fluid and i want to know why?

dude if you have a manual dont you just need clutch dot 3 fluid...i didn't know they needed the standard red trani fluid????

No, he/she is not wrong. 2G neons with manual transmissions have Mopar ATF+4 in them. It is not the best lubricant for them, but it is what mopar sold them with.
