Default Headlight trouble. A short perhaps?

Any one know how I would go about fixing a possible short in my right headlight of my neon? It doesn't work. Definitely not a burned out bulb. Anyone know what the cause is?

check contacts and wires in "start" push-button, also check for broken solder connections there.

OR you could set up a jumper wire at the plug-in connector for right handlebar switch ( after referencing wiring diagram) to remedy the problem IF the problem is in that switch.

If ur fuses are good and your lights do work from time to time, I suggest that you have a 12V power wire running to the light that is grounding itself out from time to time, or has a weak connection in the switch... just barely... that will rise the current in the wire and light bulb, making it fry out too quick.
