Well...The fan for the floorboard isn't working properly. When I set the switch both at the passengers and their legs (man im really good with the terminology), the floorboard fan doesn't work. When the lower fan is on (trying to heat the lower portion of the cabinet), there is a loud fan noise coming from the upper top of dash board, almost as if something is blocked. What could be causing this? Sorry for the crappy terminology, but it's cold as **** and I'm tired as hell...Thanks

 

There is only fan. Could be a bad fan motor, or leaves or somethin in the ducts.

 

If all works well in the other posistions the you probably have a blend/directional door issue. Noise may be trash in the vents or something.
