So i own a 2002 dodge neon, and the check engine light came on not flashing, it was just illuminated, so i took it to autozone, and i don't know what the thing they used is called, but they plugged it in and the two codes it gave me were P0700, and P0740, well when i was researching these online i found out i can turn the key on and off a couple of times and the same thing will happen, so i tried it and the codes that came up were P0700 and P1684, but not P0740, so which do i trust? and anyone know how i can fix these problems?

P0700 - Transaxle control system fault
P0740 - Torque Converter
P1684 - Metering oil pump position sensor circuit malfunction
