The insurance is a factor but on my car it wasn't as much. I got the r/t, they didn't look at that, they looked at who was driving it mostly. A r/t with 2 doors vs a regular neon with 4 doors was only like $80 more. Also I think that it's not meant to be a family car. What type of family car do you know of has a turbo engine. I just think they meant it to be more.

As far as the WRX goes, they basically had a 2 door version of it a few years back with the 2.5 RS and it looked far better than the 4 door versions, see:

I don't agree with you there. I think the WRX look sbetter in four doors.

In my opinion, I don't like anything two doors. I grew up in my dad's 84 Monte Carlo two door. He taught me a lot about cars and he got me to like 2-doors. I think they look better and more sporty. I would choose a 2-door over a 4-door any day
